THE IMPACT OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY IN OPERATION OF ECONOMIC ORGANIZATION
Abstrakti
Organizations are increasingly using digital channels for opportunity assessment, product development, service delivery, and communication with consumers and other stakeholders. The future workplace will be driven by mobile computing, social media, and big data. These and other digitally based technologies are having significant economic and social effects, including increased competition and collaboration, industry disruption, and pressure on organizations to build new capabilities and change their cultures. I offer a conceptual framework for the creation of successful digital organizations in this paper.
The current status of digitalization across several sectors of the global economy serves as the foundation for the structure of this essay.
