Abstrakti
This article discusses the origins of the name of the village of Ayim, where Ashurali Zahiri, a well-known enlightener, great linguist, lexicographer, literary scholar, journalist and translator, one of the prominent representatives of the Jadidist movement in Turkestan, grew up.
