Abstrakti

Zamonaviy biznesning tez suratlarda rivojlanishi hamda raqobatbardoshlik kundan-kunga kuchayib borayotgan sharoitda xodinlarni tayyorlash, o’qitish va rivojlantirishga sarmoya kiritishning strategik ahamiyatining qay darajada muhim ekanligini ortiqcha baholab bo'lmaydi. Ushbu maqola kuchli ta'lim va rivojlanish dasturlari tashkilot yoki kompaniyalarga taqdim etadigan ko'plab imtiyozlar, yutuq va afzalliklarni ko’rib chiqadi, o'rganadi. Statistik ma'lumotlar va illyustrativ jadvallar bilan chuqur tahlillar asosida, bunday tashabbuslar xodimlarning ish faoliyatini qanday oshirishi, innovatsiyalarni rag'batlantirishi va pirovardida tashkilot muvaffaqiyatiga hissa qo'shishini yoritadi.
