Abstract

In the article, opinions are given on the example of remuneration for the work of employees working in budget organizations or payment of wages to management staff working in the field of education and employees of centralized accounting. In the article, the author researched the issues of organizing the effective use of state budget funds and planning additional funds for educational salary expenses. Also, in the period of new socio-economic development of the country, he put forward additional theoretical and practical proposals for the basis of material attention to the employees of the educational system at the expense of budget funds, as well as for the appropriate expenses of budget funds by the author.
