Abstract

In this article, the half-life and decay constant, which are the basic parameters of the radioactive decay process, were measured in the laboratory. From these values, the values of these parameters obtained at different times are compared to show that the decay constant of a radioactive substance does not change, but rather decreases its activity over time. Measurement samples were taken for 2017 and 2024.
