IMPROVING THE PROFESSIONAL PEDAGOGICAL AWARENESS OF PENITENTIARY WORKERS IN THE MORAL CORRECTION AND EDUCATION OF CONVICTS
Abstract
In this article, the content of moral correction and education of convicted persons is enriched based on the characteristics of the periodization of the penitentiary system, based on the identification of the possibilities of forming moral obligations through the principle of "labor-moral correction" of the educational and preventive process. In addition, the possibilities of moral correction and education of convicted persons are considered in the classification of constructive communication, pedagogical and psychological training components and pedagogical abilities of the personnel of the penitentiary system.
