FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT IN INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES
Abstract
This article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of forming and developing a competitive environment in industrial enterprises. It analyzes the role of internal and external factors, the importance of innovation activities, and the impact of state policy on shaping a competitive environment. Additionally, successful international practices from the United States, the European Union, Japan, and China are explored. Based on these experiences, recommendations are developed for industrial enterprises in Uzbekistan. The article utilizes theoretical approaches, including M. Porter’s "Five Forces Model" and other analytical frameworks. The research findings can be applied to enhance the competitiveness of industrial enterprises and support the development of the national economy.
