CONTENT ANALYSIS OF APPEALS RECEIVED AT THE VIRTUAL AND PUBLIC RECEPTION CENTRES OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN RELATED TO THE HEALTH SECTOR
Abstract
The large-scale reforms implemented in our country over the last 8 years clearly show that state structures are becoming a solid and guaranteed source of public trust. This trust is reflected in citizens' appeals to State bodies, in particular to the virtual and public reception centres of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In particular, the fact that in the last 5 years (2019-2023) more than 362,200 applications have been received in the field of health care means not only a large number of problems, but also that the citizens of our country are looking for the best solution to their problems in the People's Reception Centres and this institution founded by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev indirectly expresses what they recognise as the most reliable state social institution for them.
