Abstract
This article examines the intersection of public policy and human rights, focusing on the impact of immigration laws on the protection of human rights. By analyzing various national and international immigration policies, the paper highlights both the positive and negative effects of these laws on the rights of immigrants. The study underscores the challenges faced by migrants and offers policy recommendations to enhance the protection of human rights within the framework of immigration laws. The article concludes that while some policies offer protections, others exacerbate vulnerabilities, necessitating reforms for a more balanced approach.
