THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE CRIME OF FRAUD AND THE CRIME OF PROPERTY DAMAGE BY DECEPTION OR BREACH OF TRUST
Abstract
This article examines the difference between fraud and aggravated crimes. In particular, the difference between the crime of fraud and the crime of property damage by deception or abuse of trust, shortcomings in the practice of judicial investigation, and difficulties in qualification were analyzed. Also, to distinguish this crime, the opinions of a number of scientists were presented and studied.
