Abstract

The process of the emergence and development of the state and law is a long-lasting, colorful, comprehensive and complex process, a one-sided approach would be only be covering, studying, explaining based on the opinions, theories and conclusions of political scientists and legal professionals. Because the question of the emergence and development of the state and law has long been of interest not only to political scientists and lawyers, but also to philosophers, political scientists, historians, archaeologists, etnographers, sociologists, psychologists, theologians and other representatives of social and humanitarian sciences. They approached the issue based on the object and subject of their science, their goals and tasks, and expressed their valuable opinions. Not taking them into account is nothing more than unscientific and unbiased approach to the study of emergence and development of the state and law. This article discusses the problems mentioned above.
