ВЛИЯНИЕ ОЖИРЕНИЯ НА САХАРНЫЙ ДИАБЕТ
Abstract
Ожирение и сахарный диабет являются двумя взаимосвязанными глобальными проблемами здравоохранения. В этом обзоре исследуется связь между ожирением и возникновением, прогрессированием и лечением сахарного диабета, уделяя особое внимание механизмам, с помощью которых ожирение усугубляет диабет, роли жировой ткани и метаболическим последствиям избыточной массы тела. Понимание этой взаимосвязи имеет решающее значение для разработки эффективных стратегий профилактики и лечения диабета в контексте эпидемии ожирения.
