ASSESSMENT OF SYSTEMIC INFLAMMATORY RESPONSE IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE ACETIC ACID POISONING

Abstract

Acetic acid differs from other burning substances not only by the nature of the burn, but also by its active absorbable properties, which leads to the development of hemolysis, toxic coagulopathy, intravascular coagulation syndrome, systemic inflammatory reaction syndrome and critical condition of the body. Since the main purpose of our study was to determine the significance of the systemic inflammatory reaction syndrome in the pathogenesis of complications of acetic acid poisoning, we conducted a comparative analysis of clinical and laboratory parameters in patients with acetic acid poisoning.
