Abstract

As the progress of Science and technology is accelerated, the attitude of a person to the environment also changes, and he tries to get Natural Resources today, tomorrow, in more quantities than today. As this process intensified, the ecological balance, which had been stable for thousands to thousands of years, broke down, the relationship between man and nature became more complicated, and nature came to the brink of disaster. Of course, natural resources should be used, but it is necessary to carry out their use in accordance with the need, in moderation everywhere, to consistently enrich nature, and especially to maintain a stable natural relationship between its components (founders) of flora and fauna.
