DETERMINATION OF WATER-SOLUBLE VITAMINS IN BEETLE SEEDS
Abstract
In this article, information about the red beet plant, its chemical composition, medical importance, and the amount of water-soluble vitamins of the red beet seed were determined by the method of high performance liquid chromatography, and the physicochemical properties and spectral characteristics are discussed.
