BORDER-TERRITORIAL PROBLEMS OF UZBEKISTAN AT THE CURRENT STAGE

Abstract

This article scientifically analyzes the policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the delimitation and demarcation of its borders with neighboring Central Asian states during the years of independence, the mechanisms for resolving territorial and border issues, agreements between states and their status. The Republic's policy on improving conditions at border crossing points with neighboring states is also analyzed.
